Yes, you read that correctly…WE ARE DOING IT AGAIN!! We are beyond blessed to be able to bring you a second festival!! Mark your calendars and get ready for the 2nd “Frankly Bluegrass Music Festival” brought to you by J and J Promotions! Once again, the festival will take place at the Amador County Fairgrounds in the foothill town of Plymouth, CA. Festival dates are September 19-21, 2025, with early camping starting on Wednesday, September 17, 2025. Our first festival in 2024 was amazing, and we are working hard to make this second one even better! J and J Promotions brings you this festival in loving remembrance of the one and only Frank Solivan, Senior, a long time advocate for Bluegrass Music and founder of “Kids on Bluegrass”, or “KOB”.

Music Under the Stars
Come on up to beautiful Amador County Fairgrounds in the foothill town of Plymouth, CA to enjoy all the fun at our second Frankly Bluegrass Music Festival. You will get to hear some of the best live music ever performed, as we have some of the biggest names in the genres of Bluegrass, Americana and Hawaiian music. There will be plenty of space for your tent or RV during this 3-day event. If you prefer staying at a hotel, you will get a discounted room rate at Best Western Amador Inn in nearby Jackson, CA. Stop by our food court and enjoy some delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Make sure you stop by Road Dog II Cafe's booth for a Late Night "Frank" to satisfy that late night jammin' appetite, open Friday and Saturday nights, from 10:30-?. Head over to our adult beverage booth during the day and enjoy a cold one (or two). We will have some of the most unique arts and crafts vendors around, for your shopping pleasure. At night, look up and gaze at the stars as the beautiful music fills the surrounding foothills. You don't want to miss this amazing event!
